Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service:

• Handle — your chosen username, used to identify you in chat rooms and the eviction feed.
• Password — stored as a hash by Supabase Auth. We never see or store your plaintext password.
• Chat messages — the content you post in rooms.
• Transaction records — which rooms you leased, when, and for how much. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect your email address, real name, phone number, or physical address. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

3. Public Information

Your handle, chat messages, lease status, and eviction events are visible to other users. Evictions are displayed publicly on the homepage. Do not share sensitive information in chat.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database, authentication, and real-time infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics.

5. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.

6. Data Retention

Chat messages and transaction records are retained for the life of the service. Eviction records are public and permanent. If you want your account deleted, contact us and we will remove your account and associated data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
